Return & Refund Policy
At Yookerbee, we strive to maintain a fair and transparent marketplace. While Yookerbee.com does not mediate disputes between buyers and vendors, we enforce our policies to ensure vendors comply with the platforms rules.
Vendors are fully responsible for approving, processing, and handling refunds.
Vendors must clearly state their return and refund policy on their product listings.
If a return is requested, the vendor must provide return instructions and process refunds in a timely manner.
Vendors who fail to comply with Yookerbee’s policies may face account suspension or removal.
Buyers may request a refund if:
- The item is significantly different from the description.
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is not delivered within the specified time frame.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Digital products, services, or downloadable items.
- Items marked as final sale or non-refundable by the vendor.
- Used, opened, or perishable items (e.g., food, personal
hygiene products). - Buyers remorse or change of mind.
- Buyers must contact the vendor directly to request a refund.
- Vendors must respond within 48 hours and provide clear
return instructions. - Once the returned item is received, vendors must process
refunds within 5-10 business days.
- Yookerbee does not intervene in individual buyer-vendor
disputes. - If a vendor fails to honor a valid refund request, Yookerbee
may enforce platform policies. - If necessary, Yookerbee reserves the right to refund the
buyer and take action against the vendor, including
suspension or removal from the platform.
